Final Goodbyes :'(

Well this is our last day in Globaloria, which means this is my final blog. After this year I will no longer be in Globaloria which is really sad. However i'm kind of happy to be going to high school. This year was really challenging and it took alot of hard work. Even though our game was incomplete I still enjoyed this year. We actually tried our best, but our files kept corrupting. We had many struggles with our coding since we used 2.0 instead of 3.0. On our teampage we tried to upload as many screenshots as we could because the corrupted files wouldn't open we have no screenshots from thoses games. I really wish our game would have been finished and that everything would have worked the way that we had planned it to. These past two years have been an amazing learning experience and I have really learned alot. Even with the good and the bad I still enjoyed Globaloria both years. I can't believe Globaloria is really over for me. No more blogs every Friday, No more learning log every day, and no more making games. I will miss everything about Globaloria, except for the codes. I'm gonna miss being an 8th grader at SRMS alot. However, i'm kind of looking forward to the new experiences we will face next year. We will have many new challanges in our new school and i'm sort of excited. I'm going to miss joking around with Mr. Addair alot because now I have nobody to call Clownie and nobody to pick on. Globaloria is hard work but i've had alot of good experiences in here so if I could do it over, I would! More Time(:

Well this year globaloria is almost over and today were presentations. This year we were really behind because we had to start over several times. Today as we were getting ready to present our file corrupted amd we didn't get to finish our game. The SWF file was working but we couldn't open the FLA. Since we were working on our fact scene button when it corrupted our fact scene didn't work. Therefore you couldn't see our learning factor, which really brought our grade down dramatically. We worked really hard on our final game and all of it got deleted so yeah, we sucked! If I had more time I would make our fact scene work and our last level as well, I wish we had more time.

WesTest(:

Well this week is our last week to work on our game. Since we don't have teachers willing to help us because they don't know anything, our game will be incomplete. The only thing we have to present are three buttons that work. Next week is Westest and I dread it alot. I hate taking westest because it's so boring waiting on everyone to get finished but theres nothing we can do about that. My favorite is having activities in the evening after westest. I really hope we do something fun today because i'm so bored. Globaloria is really boringg! THE END!

    

  Well our final game presentations are almost here. To be honest we are nowhere near done. The only thing we have done is our buttons and our design, we have nothing for our gameplay. At first we started in 3.0 so we could use code snippets but then we wanted a platform game so we started over in 2.0. Now we don't know what to do cause we have to have gameplay. So we're probably just gonna start all over in 3.0 today. This has been a very difficult process in trying to get our game finished. However, I don't think it's gonna be finished but we're trying our best. I really hope we get our game finshed but none of our teachers will help us! We don't know how to use gameplay in 3.0 without it being a quiz game. I wish we had teachers who knew what they were doing.

MY LIFE
 Well i got bored with blogging about prom so I decided to blog about my life. I have brown hair and highlights but i'm getting it dyed back blonde when i get home. I'm very outgoing and love to have fun with my friends and just everyone except people i can't stand. My bestfriends are Kaitlin Monique Cline & Amber Lashae McClanahan, i couldn't live without them. Even though we fight sometimes we always make up. I'm fearless and live life to the fullest no matter what anybody says. I can't stand people when people talk about me behind my back because they don't have the nerve to say it to my face! I really wish some people would just grow up.  My favorite guy friends are cheese, jacob, and nick/boo-boo(: I can always talk to them and I don't have to worry about drama with them.

SpringBreak, OHH YEAH! (;

Well to start this off next week is spring break. I can't tell you everything that i'm going to do on spring break because it's not really appropriate but I know i'm gonna have fun.! I play on shopping , chillin at Kaitlin's and riding tha fourwheeler. I'm gonna let loose and act like a total idiot. This is the last week we get off of school before the end of the year and it has to be the best. I'm also gonna chill in the back of a hippie van <--insider :D. I plan on chilling in the hippie van with Kaitlin and a bunch of other people. We're gonna drink lots of monsters since we now have a collection. Khaos is the bestest energy drink ever! Imma be chillin with Kaitlin, Lakyen, Dustin, and Nick :P Were gonna have fun and I can't wait (:

Incorporating Flash(:

In our game we used 3.0 so that we could use the code snippets. Since we used 3.0 we can no longer make a platform because platforms don't work on 3.0. We really don't want to start over on our game but we may have to :( In our game we did use arrow key movements to move the character and we used motion tweens and animation. Our game is going really good this year with flash and everything. The easiest part is to make buttons but yo don't have to do any work if you use the code snippets. The hardest part is hittest andall the codes that go with it. Our game design and everything is going really good this year it looks really good we have all of our scenes drawn and we just need to get the hittest to work but that is complicated and boring! However I think we will get everything finished.
